Triple-washed, calcium-buffered compressed blocks. The standard format for greenhouses, hydroponics, and home growers across Canada, the USA, and Mexico. Each block expands from 5kg to 70–75 litres of ready-to-use growing medium.
Every block is calcium pre-buffered with calcium nitrate before shipping, displacing sodium from cation exchange sites so plants get a clean, stable substrate from the first irrigation. Heat-treated processing keeps every batch pathogen-free, with lab documentation available on request — important for cannabis licensed producers and commercial greenhouse nutrient programs across all three markets.

Coarse-cut, OMRI-listed husk chips delivering roughly 80% air porosity — the highest-aeration substrate in our range. Built for orchids, cannabis, and any crop where overwatering is the main risk.
Coir pith offers high moisture retention but lower aeration; husk chips invert that trade-off — coarse chunks create air pockets fine pith can't match, at the cost of moisture retention. Many commercial growers blend 70% husk chips with 30% coir pith for balanced root-zone performance, available pre-blended at order.

Pre-filled, calcium-buffered slabs manufactured at our Tamil Nadu facility — the preferred substrate for commercial tomato, cucumber, and cannabis production across Leamington's greenhouse corridor, BC's Delta region, and beyond.
Small bags suit herbs and propagation; medium bags fit tomato and cucumber rows; large-format bags (27–38.5L) are built for cannabis canopy density. Custom dimensions are available with no minimum on pallet orders — specify row spacing and drainage configuration at the time of order.

Pre-filled, pot-style bags that eliminate filling and sterilizing labour entirely. Place, hydrate, and plant directly — built for nurseries, ornamentals, and compact crop production.
The substrate is layered so the upper zone retains moisture for developing roots while the lower zone promotes drainage — preventing the base waterlogging that's the primary cause of root rot in container growing. The 400 GSM UV-stabilized bag is built for multi-cycle use across 3–4 seasons under normal greenhouse conditions.

Compressed discs of triple-washed fine coir pith that expand 7–10× on contact with water — a clean, mess-free start for nurseries, home gardeners, and commercial propagation operations.
Add pH-balanced water and the compressed pellet opens into a full, airy growing medium in 5–10 minutes — no mixing, no measuring. Each pellet is a self-contained starter unit; once roots appear at the edge, transplant the entire pellet into the final medium with zero root disturbance.
| Sizes | 30mm & 42mm discs |

Ultra-fine, ultra-low-EC coir pith cubes for cannabis clones, cuttings, and seedlings — engineered for zero transplant shock when moving directly into a coco grow bag or slab.
When a coco cube transplants into a coco grow bag, the root zone is seamless — no interface gap, no pH mismatch. Rockwool requires a pre-soak to pH 5.5, can't be composted, and is classified as inert construction waste for disposal. Coco cubes are 100% biodegradable and available with custom dibble holes for automated transplant lines.

Ready-to-use coir pith with no rehydration step — loosen and use directly. Even hydration from the first scoop, unlike heavily compressed blocks that can leave dry pockets.
High cation exchange capacity (CEC) means the coir holds onto potassium, calcium, and magnesium instead of letting them wash away, releasing nutrients gradually as plants need them. Naturally buffered and pH-stable, it's a fast option for potting mix manufacturers and distributors who need to blend without a hydration delay.
| Volume per bag | 50 litres, ready-to-use |
|---|---|
| EC | < 0.5 mS/cm — triple-washed |
| Pathogens | Pathogen-free, additive-free |

80–125kg compressed fibre bales expanding to 400–600 litres each — the lowest cost-per-litre coir format we supply. Used for erosion control, large-scale greenhouse substrate, and distributor bulk resale.
Civil engineers and environmental contractors specify jumbo bales for slope stabilization and riverbank reinforcement; commercial greenhouses use them as the lowest-cost-per-litre substrate; potting-mix manufacturers break them down for repackaging. Bales can be used wet (hydrated and fluffed) or dry — broken apart directly for immediate physical erosion resistance with no hydration step.
| Weight options | 80kg, 100kg, 120kg, 125kg (±5%) |
