Our coco coir grow bags are manufactured at our own Tamil Nadu facility. Furthermore, they ship directly to Canadian and US growers from our Cambridge, Ontario warehouse. Every bag is triple-washed, calcium-buffered, pre-filled, and ready to plant. As a result, there are no brokers, no aged stock, and no waiting. Custom sizes are available for every crop type.

Every bag is triple-washed and calcium-buffered at source. Furthermore, each bag is lab-tested before shipping. As a result, EC remains consistent batch to batch — which is critical for cannabis LPs and commercial greenhouse nutrient programs.
Each bag is pre-buffered with calcium nitrate before filling. Consequently, sodium is displaced from cation exchange sites. Your plants receive a clean, stable substrate from the first irrigation — so no extra Cal-Mag soak is needed.
Small bags work well for herbs and propagation. Medium bags suit tomato and cucumber rows. Large-format bags are designed for cannabis and high-density greenhouse crops. Moreover, custom dimensions are available for any row spacing.
The optimal pH range is maintained batch to batch. This is consistent for nutrient availability in both hydroponic and soil-based systems. Therefore, your feeding program works as designed from day one, with no adjustment required.
There are no customs delays and no container waiting involved. Our Cambridge warehouse ships to every Canadian province and US state. Commercial pallet orders typically dispatch within 2–3 business days from the order date.
We own the production facility in Tamil Nadu. Consequently, you pay factory price plus freight — not factory price plus three layers of distributor margin. The saving on pallet volumes is significant and passed directly to you.

Place the grow bag in your greenhouse row or growing area. Make sure it is flat and level for even water distribution.
Cut 2–4 drainage slits along the bottom, about 1–2cm long. This step prevents waterlogging and ensures proper drainage throughout the season.
Add 13–25 litres of water evenly over the surface, depending on bag size. Then allow 20–30 minutes for full absorption before proceeding.
Cut circular or square planting holes on top. Standard spacing is 2 plants per medium bag, or 1–2 per large bag for cannabis.
Insert transplants or rockwool cubes. Then begin your nutrient feed program at target EC. Check runoff EC and pH after the first irrigation.

27L–38.5L bags are sized for high-density cannabis canopy. They are pre-buffered and consistent in EC batch to batch. Furthermore, they meet LP substrate documentation requirements for Health Canada compliance.
100–120cm medium bags work well for high-wire tomato production. They offer optimal drainage and water retention for continuous fertigation systems used in commercial greenhouses across Ontario and BC.
Medium format 80–100cm bags provide excellent drainage and root aeration. In addition, custom row spacing is available for any greenhouse layout — making these bags a flexible choice for cucumber and pepper operations.
Small format 50–65cm bags are designed for elevated strawberry production. The fine coir blend retains moisture between irrigations — which is critical for berry quality and consistent yield throughout the season.
Full pallet supply from Ontario means there are no import delays. Custom sizes are available for any row width. Moreover, consistent product season over season makes planning and budgeting much more straightforward.
Low EC and calcium-buffered substrate is ready for high-frequency fertigation. As a result, these bags are compatible with all major hydroponic nutrient programs used in Canadian and US indoor growing operations.

Avee Cocoseller's coco coir grow bags are Canada's best-value factory-direct substrate for commercial greenhouse and hydroponic production. We manufacture at our own facility in Tamil Nadu, India and ship directly to growers from our Cambridge, Ontario warehouse. Every bag is triple-washed, calcium-buffered, pre-filled, and lab-tested before it leaves our facility.
Rockwool is increasingly restricted in European markets and faces growing scrutiny in Canada due to disposal concerns. In contrast, coco coir grow bags are 100% biodegradable and compostable after use. They match rockwool's performance in water retention and aeration. Furthermore, they offer superior sustainability credentials — which is important for LP compliance and retail certifications. For more background on sustainable growing media, see this overview of coco coir properties.
Canadian greenhouse operations use a wide range of row spacings depending on crop type and structure. Our standard size range covers 9L to 38.5L. Moreover, we manufacture custom sizes for any row width, plant spacing, or drainage configuration. There is no minimum on custom sizes for pallet orders.
