What Comes With Your Order

Every format above is manufactured at our Pollachi and Peravurani facilities in Tamil Nadu, India, where batches are tested for EC and pH before dispatch. Batch documentation — including EC/pH test-method results — is available on request with commercial orders. We do not publish blanket claims of sterility, pathogen-free status, or regulatory certification on this page; if your program requires a specific certification or lab result, tell us what you need confirmed and we'll tell you honestly whether we can document it.

Products may dispatch from our Cambridge, Ontario location when confirmed in stock. Made-to-order products follow the production and freight schedule set out in your quotation. Product availability, dispatch origin and transit must be confirmed before quoting.

Freight and Language, Handled Honestly

Freight. Quebec City sits at the far end of a continuous overland route from our Cambridge, Ontario location, via the Ontario Highway 401 / Quebec Autoroute 20–40 corridor. Transit depends on product, quantity and destination — we do not publish a fixed delivery window on this page. Provide your delivery postal code and we'll return a current freight estimate alongside your product quote.

Language. Quebec's Charter of the French Language sets real expectations for commercial documentation directed at Quebec buyers — catalogs, order forms and invoices are generally expected in French. This page, and Avee's current quoting process, are in English.

French-Language Support

Looking for this in French?

This page is published in English only, and Avee Cocoseller does not currently maintain a French-language version of this site. If a French-language quote or spec sheet would help your purchasing process, contact us and we'll confirm what we can provide.

Procurement Questions from Nursery and Greenhouse Buyers

What documentation comes with a wholesale coco coir order?

Batch documentation, including EC/pH test-method results from our Tamil Nadu manufacturing operations, is available on request with commercial orders. Tell us what your program requires and we'll confirm what we can provide.

What EC and pH range should I expect?

Our stated target is EC below 0.5 mS/cm using our test method, with pH in the 5.5–6.5 range. Ask for the test-method result on the specific batch you're quoted — figures can vary batch to batch, which is exactly why documentation matters.

Do you have inventory in Quebec?

No. Avee does not operate a warehouse in Quebec. Our confirmed Canadian warehouse is in Cambridge, Ontario; qualifying volumes can also be quoted directly from our India manufacturing operations. Availability is confirmed per order.

How fast can you deliver to Quebec City?

Transit depends on the product, quantity and your destination postal code. We do not quote a fixed delivery window without carrier confirmation — provide your postal code for a current freight estimate.

Can I order less than a full pallet?

Smaller-format products (propagation cubes, seed-starting pellets, husk chips) may be available in smaller order quantities. Contact us with your target volume and we'll confirm what's available.

Does Avee have a research or institutional partnership with Université Laval, IQDHO, or any other Quebec organization?

No. Avee does not currently hold a formal research or institutional partnership with any Quebec university, government body or horticultural association. If your organization needs substrate for a trial or teaching program, we can supply it as a standard commercial order with the same documentation provided to any other buyer.

Can I get a quote and specification sheet in French?

Not automatically — this page and our standard quoting process are currently in English. Contact us and we'll confirm what French-language documentation we can provide for your specific order.
