Langley's wholesale nursery, liner-propagation and greenhouse operators need a substrate that performs consistently from tray to finishing container — not a retail bag sized for a backyard grower. Avee Cocoseller supplies propagation cubes, compressed coco peat blocks, open-top pre-filled bags and nursery-blend substrates on a pallet or program basis, shipped into British Columbia through our confirmed Canadian distribution point in Cambridge, Ontario.
Langley sits inside a dense cluster of wholesale nurseries, liner producers and greenhouse operations across the Township's Agricultural Land Reserve, alongside a smaller number of large-format licensed cannabis cultivation sites converted from prior greenhouse use. Buyers at this scale are usually less concerned with finding a coco coir supplier than with finding one that can hold a consistent EC and pH batch to batch, supply propagation-stage media in the format their tray or plug system needs, and tell them honestly how long a pallet or container order will take to land — since Langley is not served by any local coco coir warehouse or manufacturer. Vague "fast shipping" marketing doesn't help a production schedule; a real freight estimate does.

Sized media for cutting and seedling propagation, intended for liner nurseries and greenhouses running dedicated propagation zones ahead of transplant or potting-up.

5 kg (±0.3 kg), compresses to roughly 30×30×12 cm, expands to approximately 70–75 litres at a 5:1 ratio. EC below 0.5 mS/cm, pH 5.5–6.5, triple-washed, calcium-buffered options available.

Compressed coco substrate pre-filled for direct container or bench use. Bag fabric is currently a working spec of approximately 40 GSM non-woven material, pending final confirmation before a large order.

A 70/30 pith-to-chip blend is the common baseline for finishing containers and larger stock; custom dimensions and drainage layout may be available for qualifying volumes, confirmed at quotation.
Nursery and propagation buyers should confirm, for any SKU under consideration, the following before committing to a program order. Avee does not publish claims of sterility, zero pathogens or zero weed seeds — batch documentation is available on request so buyers can evaluate a shipment against their own protocols rather than relying on marketing language.
Avee's only confirmed Canadian warehouse is in Cambridge, Ontario; the Canadian head office is in St. Catharines, Ontario. There is no Avee warehouse, stock point, or staff presence in British Columbia. When a product is confirmed available in the Cambridge warehouse, orders dispatch from there for delivery to Langley and the wider Fraser Valley — which naturally means longer inland transit than an Ontario-based buyer would see, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Made-to-order and custom-blend products ship on a separate production and freight schedule confirmed at quotation. For larger commercial volumes, a container route sourced directly from our manufacturing operations in India can also be discussed where it makes operational sense — this is quoted, not guaranteed. Send us the product, quantity and delivery postal code and we'll return an accurate freight and transit estimate.

Langley's greenhouse and nursery sector operates substantially within the Township of Langley's Agricultural Land Reserve, which protects a large share of the municipality's land base for farm and greenhouse use. The area is also home to one of the more widely reported greenhouse-to-cannabis conversions in Canada: a large bell-pepper greenhouse in Aldergrove was licensed for cannabis cultivation in 2018, reported at the time as one of the largest licensed cannabis production facilities in the country. That conversion and Langley's broader ALR-protected nursery and greenhouse base illustrate why the region supports substantial propagation and container-growing capacity — it does not indicate that any specific operator sources substrate from Avee.
Avee Cocoseller manufactures its own coco coir substrates at its facilities in Pollachi and Peravurani, Tamil Nadu, India — "factory-direct" refers to this manufacturing relationship, not Canadian or BC production or warehousing. Certificate of Analysis and batch documentation covering EC, pH and processing details is available on request for nursery, greenhouse and cultivation buyers who need it for internal QA or crop-planning records.
Buyers further into the Fraser Valley berry and field-greenhouse belt may also want our Abbotsford page, which focuses on berry and broader greenhouse production rather than nursery propagation.
Tell us your product mix (propagation cubes, coco peat blocks, open-top bags or nursery blends), estimated annual or per-order volume, and your Langley delivery postal code. We'll confirm current availability from the Cambridge, Ontario warehouse, outline any made-to-order lead time, and return a real freight estimate.
