Reusing your account details does not carry over a freight rate, a lead time, or a guarantee of stock — each replenishment order is confirmed against current inventory and production capacity.
Storage and Handling
Store 5kg blocks, loose coco coir, and husk chips in a dry, covered space out of direct weather. Keep loose coir and husk chips in original packaging until use, to protect against moisture and contamination before they reach your benches or your customers.

Documentation for Resale
Batch EC and pH documentation is available on request, so you can pass verified specifications to customers. EC is tested to a target below 0.5 mS/cm using a stated method, with a Certificate of Analysis available on request — a tested spec, not an unconditional guarantee. pH typically falls between 5.5 and 6.5; blocks are triple-washed. Avee does not claim its product is sterile, pathogen-free, or free of heavy metals, and asks resellers not to either.

Inventory or Production Confirmation
Avee confirms whether your products are available from current stock or need scheduling through production at our Pollachi or Peravurani, Tamil Nadu facilities. Full-container orders can be quoted directly from these facilities.
Freight and Dispatch Confirmation
Once product and quantity are confirmed, freight is quoted against your postal code and dispatch is set out in your order confirmation — not assumed from a previous order.
What We Need to Quote Delivery
Transit time and freight cost depend on product, quantity, and destination — Avee publishes no flat regional rate or fixed transit time, and no guaranteed delivery day. Select formats may be held at our Cambridge, Ontario location when inventory is confirmed, but availability is never guaranteed or year-round; confirm before committing to a delivery date. Cambridge pickup is by appointment or confirmation only.
